Company Fraud crimes seem to be growing and a number of companies have been defrauded by such criminals. The involved companies have suffered terrible economic losses, also these crime cases impact the trust of the capital markets.
Experts Mr. Ken Lee and Ms. Amanda Li from Lee & Lee Associates were invited to deliver a seminar for financial workshop of Danish Chamber of Commerce in China on March 24th, 2016 with the topic “Company Fraud”.
During the seminar, Mr. Ken Lee and Ms. Amanda Li gave an introduction to the concept of Company Fraud firstly, then shared typical cases from both abroad and domestic, analyzed their cheating method and motivation, which also give hint for SMEs. Last but not least, they presented very practical technological measures to avoid company frauds.
The topic was warmly discussed and appreciated by all attendees.
